Titleist Builders is a custom home builder based in Park City, Utah, led by Robert Darger. Behind the company is fifty years of combined experience building in and around Park City, from ground-up custom homes in communities like Sky Ridge to remodels that ask more of a house than it was built to give.
We keep the operation deliberately small. The people who price your project are the people on site, and the standard is simple: build it straight, build it once, and build it like our name is on it. Because it is.

Brian Flemate
Office and project manager
Brian moved to Park City in 2001 from San Francisco with a background in the Silicon Valley tech world. He started as a spec home builder, worked his way into the day to day of construction, and went on to serve as a project manager for several Park City general contractors, then for the developer of one of the area's most prominent communities, where he met Robert Darger in 2013. Brian joined Robert as office and project manager in 2020, and together they created something new and fresh: Titleist Builders. They have worked side by side ever since, building a niche of low volume, high attention work for a select clientele.
